Please join Health Coach Lindsay Atwood, RD, LD to learn about macronutrients. She will explain each macronutrient, Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fat in detail and help you to understand how to balance them out throughout the day!
This is a four week series starting on 09/03/2021 and ending on 09/24/2021 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (9/3, 9/10, 9/17 & 9/24) when you register for the first session.
