Foods That Fight Inflammation

Chronic inflammation is like having a fire inside your body, and just like a fire, the damage can spread and be lasting. Inflammation can be fueled by certain foods and lifestyle choices. Many diseases like cancer, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and even depression have been linked to chronic inflammation. Join OSU health coach and dietitian Jessica as she discusses the anti-inflammatory foods and lifestyle choices to add into your day.

This is a four session series on Mondays from 12:30 to 1:00 PM starting on November 6 and ending on November 27. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (11/6, 11/13, 11/20 & 11/27) when you register for the first session.
