Foods That Fight Inflammation

Chronic inflammation is like have a fire inside your body, and just like a fire, the damage can be lasting and spread. Inflammation can be fueled by certain foods and lifestyle choices. Many diseases like cancer, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and even depression have been linked to chronic inflammation. Join Health Coach/Dietitian Jessica as she discusses the anti-inflammatory foods and lifestyle choices to add into your everyday.
This is a four session series on Thursdays from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm starting on September 12th and ending on October 3rd. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (9/12, 9/19, 9/26 & 10/3) when you register for the first session.
