Alices’ Thursday gentle class combines postures and breathing techniques to help relieve stress, increase flexibility and build strength. Whether you are just beginning your yoga practice or have practiced many years this class is for you. Teacher led modifications will help customize postures to meet your particular health issues and personal goals. Tips on how to progress with your practice will be offered making this class interesting and never boring! Basic yoga knowledge is helpful for this class.
