An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Friday, repeating until November 2, 2018
Susan’s creative version of yoga modifies and adapts traditional yoga poses and breath practices to all body types. Gently easing the body toward flexibility, mindfully building strength. The yoga poses are mostly done on the floor using yoga mats and other props; occasionally standing poses are done using the wall as a prop. Sometimes using chairs to deepen the experience of a pose. All are welcome. All participants will enjoy postures that work in their body.
