Gentle Hatha Yoga

An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until August 7, 2019
Free 45-minute Gentle Hatha Yoga class. You will be encouraged to explore the energy and sensation you feel throughout practice to become more closely attuned to your own body. Class will end with a deeply calming, satisfying relaxation (savasana) and breath practices (pranayama). Appropriate for anyone who seeks to gently strengthen the body and release tension.
Class is limited to 20 people. Please bring your own yoga mat. There will be a limited number of yoga mats will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
*The back-up location in case of weather will be in the Red Gym located in the Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital.*
