Please join us for this virtual class live streamed via Zoom and taught by Amiee Romans. Gentle Hatha Yoga uses traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques to build strength, promote flexibility, and help manage stress. This course is accessible to all body types and modifications are available to all students.
This class is part of the Hatha Yoga Class Pass series. The pass can be purchased for $100 and used in any of the three sessions offered on a weekly basis listed below:
- Monday morning – Gentle Morning Yoga | 10:00 am – 11:00 am | Amiee Romans (Virtual)
- Monday evening – Gentle Slow Flow Yoga | 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm | Alice Dury (Virtual)
- Friday afternoon – Accessible Hatha Yoga | 11:00 am – 12:00 pm | Susan Cunningham (Hybrid)
