Gentle Morning Yoga

Please join us for this virtual class live streamed via Zoom and taught by Amiee Romans. Hatha Yoga helps to increase flexibility and aligns your body and mind using strength building yoga postures and breathing techniques. This class is designed to be gentle, meaning postures are held for 3-5 breaths and can be easily modified for each individual. Through simple modifications yoga can be accessible to anyone regardless of their age, size, or shape!

This class is part of the Gentle Hatha Yoga Class Pass series. Gentle Hatha Yoga uses traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques to build strength, promote flexibility, and help manage stress. The pass can be purchased for $80 and used in any of three sessions below:

  • Monday morning – Gentle Morning Yoga | 10:00 am – 11:00 am | Amiee Romans (Virtual)
  • Monday evening – Gentle Slow Flow Yoga | 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm | Alice Dury (Virtual)
  • Friday afternoon – Accessible Hatha Yoga | 11:00 am – 12:00 pm | Susan Cunningham (Hybrid)
