Gentle Slow Flow Yoga

Please join us for this virtual class live streamed via Zoom and taught by Alice Dury. This gentle class combines postures and breathing techniques to help relieve stress, increase flexibility, strength, and balance. We will be linking breath and movement in this gentle hatha flow. Tips on how to progress with your practice will be offered making this class interesting and never boring! Whether you are just beginning your yoga practice or have practiced many years this class is for you. Basic yoga knowledge is helpful for this class.
This class is part of the Gentle Hatha Yoga Class Pass series. Gentle Hatha Yoga uses traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques to build strength, promote flexibility, and help manage stress. The pass can be purchased for $80 and used in any of three sessions below:
- Monday morning – Gentle Morning Yoga | 10:00 am – 11:00 am | Amiee Romans (Virtual)
- Monday evening – Gentle Slow Flow Yoga | 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm | Alice Dury (Virtual)
- Friday afternoon – Accessible Hatha Yoga | 11:00 am – 12:00 pm | Susan Cunningham (Hybrid)
