Get Moving For Mental Well-Being
April 10 @ 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm
Many of us know how exercise can benefit our muscles, bone density, and heart health. Exercise also contributes to a variety of mental health benefits, such as reducing stress and anxiety as well as improving focus, energy, mood, and creativity. Join OSU health coaches Amanda and Alison in this four-week series to do a deeper dive into this mind-body connection, where you will:
- Learn about how exercise can improve stress, mental health, and help prevent cognitive decline
- Enjoy an active break with a movement demo in each session
- Receive resources and support towards trying new things in physical activity and mental well-being
This is a four-session series on Thursdays from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM starting on April 10th and ending on May 1st. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (4/10, 4/17, 4/24, & 5/1) when you register for the first session.
