Gluten Free Holiday Baking

If you’re on a gluten free diet and have tried baking gluten free, you know that baking without gluten (as found primarily in wheat flour) can be challenging because gluten contributes important properties to baked goods. With the holiday season just around the corner we’ll explore some of the wide variety of gluten-free flours, starches and baking aids that can be used to produce high quality baked products for all your holiday needs! We’ll also look at how using combinations of various gluten-free products can enhance nutritional content.
