Research into the benefits of gratitude show that it’s good for us in a variety of ways – mentally, emotionally, physically and socially. You can experience the benefits with a brief and simple practice! A few minutes, a few times per week, to focus on what you’re grateful for in your life.
Join health coach Amanda Fox for a 15 minute Gratitude Break! This Hospital Week event is open to the public. Participants will have the opportunity to celebrate our medical staff along with the chance to pause and relax with a gratitude exercise they can continue use any time.
