Most women and some men experience some discontent about their bodies.  Poor body image can be associated with depression, eating disorders, and low self esteem.  Body image is often developed in childhood and adolescence and is influenced by several factors.  Learning how to appreciate your body can lead to higher self worth and increase satisfaction in your life and relationships.
