Join OSU Health Coach Adam Roberts in his 6-week habit forming challenge. Adam will offer 3 types of challenges related to nutrition, physical activity and stress management. Whether you are committing to new goals or staying on track with your old goals this challenge can help you conquer them. There will be lots of support and accountability built in along the way. All you need is your commitment!
