High Intensity Interval Training is a technique in which you give all-out 100% effort in short, intense bursts of exercise followed by short active recovery periods. HIIT gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time, in this case just 30 minutes.
This event is sponsored by Buckeye Wellness and is open to all faculty, staff, students and family members over the age of 18. If you have not already filled out a waiver form for any Buckeye Wellness Group Fitness class, please do so here before attending class.
