Holiday Planning To Manage Stress & Weight

Join OSU Health Coach Lindsay as she helps you gain more confidence in healthier holiday planning! She will give you tips on how to plan, where to find healthy holiday resources, and how to work through your obstacles so you can enjoy the holidays and not feel so stressed and busy!
This is a four session series on Wednesdays and Fridays for 2 weeks from 12:00pm to 12:30pm starting on 12/2/2020 and ending on 12/11/2020. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (12/2, 12/4, 12/9 & 12/11) when you register for the first session.
