Introduction To Mindfulness

Join Daron Larson, EAP mindfulness coach, to be led through a group mindfulness session in the 18th Ave Library Wellness Room. Daron will introduce us to the basics of developing a sustainable mindfulness practice routine and talk about the benefits, as well as opportunities to get involved here at OSU.
The session will also be available via Carmen Zoom for those who prefer to practice on their own.
