Keeping Resolutions Routine

Only 8% of people who create New Year’s resolutions achieve their goals. It’s time to break this trend and make this year the one that we accomplish our goals. Join OSU health coach Adam Roberts to discuss tips and strategies to help stay motivated and accountable in this four-week series to keep building our new habits. We look forward to working with you on your health and well-being journey.
This is a four session series on Tuesdays from 11:30am to 12:00pm starting on 2/11/25 and ending on 3/4/25. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (2/11, 2/18, 2/25 & 3/4) when you register for the first session.
