LaBlast is a multi-level dance fitness program designed for the absolute beginner to the already experienced dancer, created by Three Time World Dance Champion, renowned choreographer Louis Van Amstel, and based on all the dances you see on “Dancing with the Stars”. The workout is in disguise while you learn dances like Disco, Cha Cha, Jive, Salsa, Rumba, The Waltz, Samba and more. Burn calories and progress at your own rate while dancing to music of any genre from Pop and Rock, to Country and everything in between. The result is an experience that makes you want to dance. Everyone is welcome, no partner or previous experience is needed!
