Learn The Art Of Self-Massage

Massage helps to reduce muscle tension and stiffness by increasing blood flow to your muscles. Learn the art of becoming your own massage therapist using foam rollers, tennis balls and, of course, your own hands. Class is conducted on Thursday (11/8) at 7 p.m. on the floor using yoga mats. No experience necessary.
