Living With A Full Energy Tank!

Join Health Coaches Lindsay Atwood and Amanda Fox to discuss ways to stay energized and alert for whatever your day brings. Participants will learn simple strategies for refueling with a focus on food and stress management, and will explore with the group creative ways to implement new practices.
This is a four-week series starting on June 17, 2021 and ending on July 8, 2021 from 12 PM to 12:30 PM. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (6/17, 6/24, 7/1 & 7/8) when you register for the first session.
