Low Impact Chair Workout

Join OSU health coaches Alison and Michael for a physical activity program of low impact chair exercises. During this 30 minute session, we will:
- Perform low impact exercises that you can do in a chair wherever you are located.
- Learn how you can get a workout that challenges you while also being easy on your muscles and joints.
