Lower Body Tone

Join OSU health coaches Michael Bramlish and Bonnie Wilhelm for a lower body strength training routine. This workout will be suitable for most people. During this 20 to 30 minute session, we will help you create a resistance routine to help improve your lower body strength that can make everyday activities easier.

Note: Be ready to use dumbbells, resistance bands, and/or resistance loops if you have them.
