Lunch & Learn: Tackling The Winter Blues

Seasonal Affective Disorder is a common type of depression due to the change in weather. Join Buckeye Wellness and Anne McVey, PhD, clinical assistant professor of Psychology and Hematology for the College of Medicine, as we provide evidence-based methods to tackle to winter blues.
Healthy lunches and beverages will be provided. Biometric screenings and health coaching sign-ups will be available from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. outside of the Ross Heart Hospital auditorium.
