Lunch & Learn: A Path To Better Health [recording]

This talk will promote self-management of health and wellness through the principles of the American Heart Association’s Life’s Simple 7 metrics (glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, diet, physical activity, weight, and smoking status), which are indicative of cardiovascular health. Exemplars from the community will be provided.
