With all the latest trends in fitness, finding what works for you can be challenging, Join Buckeye Wellness and Physical Therapist Chris Kolba, PhD, PT, CSCS, as we navigate through the trends in fitness and learn how to design a fitness plan that is right for you.

Healthy lunches and beverages will be provided.
