Nutrition is essential for health and well-being. Eating a healthy diet contributes to preventing future illness and improving quality of life. Despite being such an important topic, there is often confusion and misinformation when it comes to nutrition. This presentation will review general healthy eating topics and trends in nutrition and review meal planning and meal prep ideas.
