Lunch & Learn: Lifestyle Changes For Diabetes Prevention

Nearly 10% of the American population has diabetes. Fortunately, 80% of chronic diseases, like type II diabetes, are preventable with lifestyle changes. Join Buckeye Wellness and staff dietitian Samantha Cochrane, RDN, LD, as we discover the different types of diabetes, causes of diabetes and steps you can take to living a happy and healthy lifestyle.

A healthy lunch will be provided. There will be a limited number of walk-in time slots for biometric screenings will be available from 11:30-2:30 in the Ross Auditorium Lobby.
