Lunch & Learn: Positive Psychology & Well-Being

Decades of research suggest that there is a link between happiness and positive psychology constructs, such as hope, gratitude, and kindness. When we are more grateful, hopeful, and altruistic, we tend to feel happier, more competent, and more engaged. However, sometimes it can be difficult to cultivate these experiences given the stresses and losses we experience in our day-to-day lives. In this talk, we will discuss ways to implement strategies aimed to increase hope, gratitude, and kindness.
