Lunch & Learn: Snacking For Sustainability

March is National Nutrition Month. Join Buckeye Wellness and Kristine Dilley, Registered Dietitian, as we discover the art of strategic snacking and meal planning. We will discuss nutrient-dense snacks to include in your diet that may aide with portion control at meals and help improve your overall health.
Healthy lunches and beverages will be provided. Biometric screenings and health coaching sign-ups will be available from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. outside of the Ross Heart Hospital auditorium.
