Lunch & Learn: Strength, And Why You Need It

Join Andrew Ebersole, Physical Therapist Assistant, and Buckeye Wellness for a presentation that will cover the basic concepts of strength and resistance based activity to help mitigate factors that contribute to common causes of mortality and improve quality of life. Included are the basics of what causes metabolic syndrome, how to prevent falling and why resistance based activity tells our bodies to stay young.
