Lunch & Learn: Utilizing Mindfulness To Keep Calm

Join us for a practical way to utilize mindfulness to avoid catastrophizing during COVID-19. Take 30 minutes to learn the basic tenets of mindfulness and then join in a 20 minute practice as a way to decompress and re-orient yourself to the stresses and the opportunities within the current cultural moment. We are all in this together!
