Only 8% of people who create New Year’s resolutions achieve their goals. It’s time to break this trend and make this year, the one that we accomplish our goals. Join OSU Health Coach Michael Bramlish to discuss tips and SMART goal strategies to help stay motivated to make resolutions routine.
This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:30pm to 1:00pm starting on 2/5/2020 and ending on 2/26/2020. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (2/5, 2/12, 2/19 & 2/26) when you register for the first session.
