Making Progress With Purpose

Values-driven goals and actions can make a world of difference for our follow-through. However, many of us find a disconnect between our best intentions and our actions as we try to fit new behaviors into an already full life.

Join OSU health coach Amanda in this four week series for a deeper dive into what motivates you towards health and wellness goals. You’ll get a chance to consider your goals for healthy eating, active living, and emotional well-being while exploring the areas of spiritual, creative, and social wellness to support those goals.

During the series, you will:

  • Learn to identify and stay connected to what’s meaningful about your health and well-being.
  • Have time for self-reflection and discovery toward increased self-awareness.
  • Identify new and creative ways to approach your goals this year.

This will be a workgroup format with time for personal writing and meditation reflection exercises included during the sessions.

This is a four session series on Tuesdays from 12:00 to 12:30 PM starting on March 19th and ending on April 9th. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (3/19, 3/26, 4/2 & 4/9) when you register for the first session.
