Making Time For Me

Join OSU health coach Amanda for a four-week Group Health Coaching Series designed to help you make the most of the time you have.

  • Learn about time management and addressing time poverty.
  • Explore how energy management and attention management can help.
  • Receive lots of resources and participate in activities and discussions towards creating your own personal plan for making time for yourself.

This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12-12:45 PM starting on March 22nd and ending on April 12th. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (3/22, 3/29, 4/5 & 4/12) when you register for the first session starting.
