Meal Planning On A Budget

Join OSU health coaches Bonnie Wilhelm and Lindsay Atwood for a four week series about how to create a food budget that will help you save time and money while planning meals and eating healthy. During the 30-minute sessions, we will:
- Review steps to create a food budget
- Discuss tips or how to meal plan and prepare for the grocery store
- Learning money saving tips and tricks
This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:00PM to 12:30PM starting on 10/09/2024 and ending on 10/30/2024. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (10/9, 10/16, 10/23 & 10/30) when you register for the first session.
