This class will take you through a 45 minute meditation session to help you unwind and de-stress on your Friday afternoon.

This event is sponsored by Buckeye Wellness and is open to all faculty, staff, students and family members over the age of 18. If you have not already filled out a waiver form for any Buckeye Wellness Group Fitness class, please do so here before attending class.
