Ruchika Prakash, a Department of Psychology faculty member, will host live webinars on Mindfulness Meditation Wednesdays noon-1 p.m. Mindfulness meditation is traditionally taught in an eight-week program called the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program. Given the unprecedented times, Prakash offers free live webinars to introduce participants to the construct and practices of mindfulness. This series of eight webinars also will provide guidance on starting and maintaining daily meditation practices through the lab’s YouTube Channel.
