Mindful Eating

The practice of mindfully eating can assist with providing an understanding of why we eat and strategies to avoid the “diet cycle”.  It can help in creating a more enjoyable eating experience. Register to gain a better understanding of what it means to have a moment-to-moment awareness of eating and explore strategies to assist with mindful eating.
