Participating in the Mindful Minutes Challenge from YP4H with your fellow Buckeyes? Join coach Amanda for a 5-week webinar series to go along with the challenge! Learn more about mindfulness and how to incorporate it into your daily life through group discussion and mindful exercises you can try during the sessions. This series can be helpful to those new to mindfulness as well as those with existing practices.
This is a five session series meeting on Wednesdays from 12:30pm to 1:00pm starting on July 29, 2020 and ending on August 26, 2020. You will be automatically enrolled for all five sessions (7/29, 8/5, 8/12, 8/19 & 8/26) when you register for the first session.
