Mindful Strategies For Family Wellness

When practicing mindfulness as a parent, there are no right or wrong answers, or one size fits all. Join Health Coaches Amanda and Bonnie to learn a variety of practices that you can experiment with to help your family connect and stay engaged with wellness habits. This series can help each participant feel confident in bringing mindful strategies to the household, with suggestions to involve children in the process.

This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:00PM to 12:30PM starting on 09/07/2022 and ending on 09/28/2022. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (9/7, 9/14, 9/21 & 9/28) when you register for the first session.
