An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until June 25, 2020

During this critical time, OSUWMC Gabbe Health & Wellness will be offering a weekly 30-minute mindfulness practice for all staff. Please take a few moments to focus on yourself and join us. No prior exposure to meditation is necessary- everyone is welcome to join as they are able. This is a way to take 30 minutes to re-ground your body, mind and spirit during this stressful time. We hope you will join us!
