Mindfulness In Motion For Cancer Survivors & Caregivers

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until May 9, 2018
This class combines guided mindfulness, meditation, community sharing, gentle yoga-inspired stretches, and relaxing music to aid in stress reduction. This course was developed by Dr. Klatt to reduce stress and inflammation, increase mindfulness and improve quality of sleep.
This is an eight-week series. Classes will be held from 11 a.m. to noon on Wednesdays, March 21 – May 9, 2018.
This series utilizes a multi-week format in which each class session builds upon the previous one. It is recommended that participants attend each week for maximum benefit. Instructor demonstrates techniques that can be adapted for home use at the completion of the series. The goal is to provide a framework that empowers individuals to continue on their own to support their healing. Participants may take each series one time.
