Mini Breathing Sessions To Relieve Holiday Stress

Join OSU health coach Lindsay Atwood for four mini breathing sessions to help you combat your holiday stress! Each session will feature a new breathing technique to teach you how to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system to lower your blood pressure, heart rate, and keep your cortisol levels in check to make this holiday season stress free!

This is a four-session series on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12/2/2025 to 12/11/2025. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (12/2, 12/4, 12/9 & 12/11) when you register for the first session.
