Mood & Food: Strategies For Emotional Eating

Ever get caught “eating your feelings”? Join OSU health coaches Jessica and Amanda for a four week series exploring emotional eating. In this series, you will:
- Learn why food and feelings get so intertwined.
- Identify nutritional changes that can help curb cravings.
- Explore ways to process feelings without food.
This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM starting on August 21st and ending on September 11th. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (8/21, 8/28, 9/4 & 9/11) when you register for the first session.
