No time to go to the gym? Not a fan of running outside? No room for bulky home exercise equipment? Learn ways to incorporate exercise in to your day from the comfort and security of your own home. In this session, you will learn about exercise benefits and recommendations for health improvement and learn specific exercises that are easy to do in the comfort of your own home. You will also learn ways to adapt exercises for your fitness level.
