The Road To Relaxation: A Six-Week Skills Group (In Person Group Training)

An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until November 7, 2018
Join us for an unique offering to help manage stress and build resilience. Offered in partnership with the OSU Stress Management & Resiliency Training (S.M.A.R.T.) Lab and the OSU Health Coaching Team. Participants will meet weekly in person with Dr. Paul Granello and OSU Health Coach Greg Schwitzgable for 6 group sessions to practice relaxation techniques. In addition to the group meetings, you can schedule 4-6 individual sessions to practice breathing exercises with the HeartMath biomedical feedback technology (OSU S.M.A.R.T. Lab). This group webinar series in conjunction with the individual S.M.A.R.T. lab sessions will help increase overall wellness and resiliency!
