Weight loss is not just about diet and exercise. Do you feel like you have been on your weight loss journey and have been doing everything right, but it seems like you are not making progress? Join OSU Health Coaches Amanda and Bonnie to learn about four considerations that could be your key to weight loss.
This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:00pm to 12:30pm starting on 5/6/2020 and ending on 5/27/2020. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (5/6, 5/13, 5/20 & 5/27) when you register for the first session.
