Pilates is a low impact exercise class that builds strength and flexibility. This class is for all age groups and fitness levels which will help with postural alignment in everyday life. This class will leave you feeling energized and with the confidence to succeed.
This event is sponsored by Buckeye Wellness and is open to all faculty, staff, students and family members over the age of 18. If you have not already filled out a waiver form for any Buckeye Wellness Group Fitness class, please do so here before attending class.
