Power Of Protein: Fueling Your Body For Success

Join OSU health coach Jessica for a four-week series about protein. During the 30-minute sessions, we will:
- Dive into the vital role protein plays in our bodies, from muscle growth and repair to overall health and wellness.
- Discover how different types of protein can optimize your diet, enhance performance, and support a balanced lifestyle.
This is a four session series on Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. starting on October 9th and ending on October 30th. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (10/9, 10/16, 10/23 & 10/30) when you register for the first session.
